Is this race only for women?

Yes! Wild Flowers 10K is a women’s event designed to celebrate sisterhood, community, and confidence.

Do I have to be fast to join?

Absolutely not. All paces are welcome — run, jog, or walk. We just want you out there enjoying the morning.

How do the Spain trips work?

Selected runners (including top finishers and at least one surprise team) will receive an all-paid week in Spain for a running experience. Full details and rules will be shared before race day.

What’s included with my registration?

Race entry, beautiful event shirt, complimentary breakfast, live music, and access to all raffles and prizes.

Participant Age & Travel Eligibility Rules

To ensure safety and compliance with international race regulations, the following rules apply for all Wild Flowers 10K participants:

Minimum Age:

  • Participants must be 15 years of age or older on race day to register and compete.

If a Minor (15–17) Wins a Trip to Spain:

  • If one of our fast young athletes earns a Spain trip (by placing in the top 3 or being selected in a random drawing):

  • They must travel with a female adult guardian (18+).

  • The guardian is responsible for paying her own airfare, lodging, meals, and all related trip expenses.

  • The guardian may attend group runs, workshops, and community activities as an observer, following all rules and regulations of the European event.

  • Only the winning athlete receives the official race entry, travel package, and benefits.

The trip is not transferable to another person under any circumstances.

No Transfers:

  • All trip awards, race entries, and associated prizes are non-transferable, regardless of injury, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances.
